ARAG LEGAL INSURANCE-DES MOINES, IA

Microsoft Office in Des Moines, IA is located downtown on the third floor of a renovated office building with shared tenants. The office is roughly 6,200 sq ft of interior space with several conference rooms, meeting rooms and shared open office space. Microsoft Office is designed with bright light, floor-to-ceiling wall decals and open-concept setting that encourages collaboration. Project completion was April 2019.

CLIMB IOWA-DES MOINES, IA

Located in East Village Des Moines, Climb Iowa is a 6,250 sq ft TI featuring prefab steel building and metal panel exterior. This project features rock climbing walls, multi-use gym area, and overhead door access to exterior. Project Completion January 2019.

LUA BREWERY-DES MOINES, IA

Formerly part of Crescent Chevrolet auto repair shop in the Sherman Hill neighborhood, Lua Brewery is a 6,200 sq ft TI featuring custom murals and refurbished materials as part of the redesign. Lua Brewery was completed November 2019.
