Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking someone to assist with the execution of a ground–up multi-family project. This individual will be responsible for
executing a wide variety of tasks assigned to him/her by a member of the leadership team on the job site. This is a full-time
position with competitive pay including benefits. Need to be comfortable with construction culture and environment and able
to work well with others in a team setting. Must be able to work on a construction site.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for following safety standards throughout the duration of the job including identifying safety risks andbeing aware of the precautions required to eliminate those risks
• Complete a wide-range of construction labor to include jobsite clean-up and moving of material by hand
• Assist supervisors and crew members with day to day tasks
• Communicate with supervisors, including feedback to ensure you have the appropriate tools to complete your dailytasks
• Manage your time tracking log
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to complete basic math including, addition, subtraction.
• Must be able to wear all safety equipment including steel tee boots, safety glasses, and hard hat. This job mayrequire addition safety gear depending on the task at hand and all employees are required to follow company safetypolicy
• Ability to regularly (25-50% of the time) lift/lower, carry and push/pull various amounts of force within the "heavywork" as defined by the US Department of Labor; team lift or mechanical assist recommended for weights over 50 pounds.
• Dependable and flexible hours: Availability Mon – Fri, 6am – 6pm

Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage ground–up multi-family projects. This individual will have supervisory oversight of the job. Will provide direction to all members of the project team and others on the project to successfully execute the job.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the preconstruction planning
• Project scheduling and estimating along with periodical updating of each
• Issuing current and future project projections
• Issuing project look ahead schedule
• Issuing and writing scope prescriptions for contracts and risk management
• Prepare and execute subcontractor and owner change orders
• Daily coordination and communication with the project teams (owners, architect, subcontractors, etc.)
• Communication and coordination with City officials
• Oversee the job site and provide real time problem solving
• Facilitation of owner and subcontractor meetings
• Prepare, review and distribute RFI’s and maintain RFI Log
• Prepare, review and distribute submittals and maintain submittal Log
• Supervise the project permit process
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-year comprehensive construction management experience, preferably commercial construction in multi-family, retail and/ or high-rise construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Proficiency Adobe Acrobat or Revu Bluebeam
• Experience in Timberline or Sage systems (preferred, but not required)
• Extreme attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Possess valid Driver’s License
