3,200 sq. ft. historically renovated Café located on the first floor of Harbach Lofts in Downtown Des Moines. Project was completed in May 2017.

37,000 square foot historic renovation of Firehouse #1 in downtown Des Moines, originally constructed in 1937. The transformed space includes an art gallery, office spaces, classrooms, event spaces, black box theater, rooftop patio and restaurant.

45,000 square foot historic renovation of the existing warehouse building. The project achieved LEED Platinum certification and is the first Net Zero building in the state of Iowa. Project features include geothermal and solar panel systems, green roof and extensive roof deck.

4,600 square foot renovation of a Quonset hut building into a brewery space featuring reused metal paneling on the interior and new weathering steel on the facade. This project included constructing a new metal stud mezzanine.

5,000 square foot renovation of the existing Raccoon River Brewing into a restaurant space. This project features an intricate mill work package including column wraps, railings, bar and restrooms.

34,000 square foot historic renovation of a manufacturing warehouse originally constructed in 1907. This building is now home to Beal Derkenne Construction, Molly's Cupcakes and a thriving event space.

This 15,000 square foot manufacturing warehouse was transformed into a modern, industrial event space. Highlights include a radius glass clerestory, and weathering steel paired with original brick on the facade.

Norden Rowhouse was a historic house built in 1894, and was set to be demolished, until a few stakeholders worked in conjunction with Beal Derkenne Construction to relocate the house to the East Village and renovate both the interior and exterior including the addition of a new patio.

44,000 square foot historical renovation in the Sherman Hills neighborhood, the original Crescent Chevrolet car dealership, was completed in 2022. The two-story portion of this building was converted into a multi-use space for future office, retail and restaurant; and the single story building was renovated into what is now Big Grove Brewery.

The future home of Wesley Meals on Wheels, located near Drake University, will be completed in October 2023.

The former Maytag Manufacturing building complex will be converted into a Boutique Hotel as well as multifamily living. Project to be completed December 2024.
